After sending the request to be the primary admin or contact for a QuickBooks account, you'll need to submit additional documentation to verify that you have rightful ownership or access privileges for the account. You will receive an via email with the status of your request.

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk, and then choose a way to connect.
