I want to make sure you're able to log on to your QuickBooks account.

As a security precaution I removed your phone number from the post, but I have another way you can reach support. The following link provides a route for you to reach the QuickBooks Support Team outside of the actual QB platform: Contact QuickBooks Support. Here you'll be able to select the product you're using, which will then redirect you to the correct contact information.

i have the same issue and supports response is absolutely abhorrent here in the community. if you can't login to your account due to what is obviously a QBO issue, then how are you supposed to interact with support within the program.

Here are the steps on how you can contact us:

1. Within your QBO account, go to Help in the upper-right corner.
2. In the Search tab, click Contact us.
3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
4. Click Continue.
   

If it's not working during their available hours, log in to your QBO account in a private browser to isolate this behavior. An overloaded browser can cause problems while doing tasks in QBO.

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P

If that works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache and browsing history. It gives your browser a fresh start. Another thing that you can do is switch to other supported web browsers.
