Ugh, I'm so tired of EMPL from the QuickBooks Team responding to posts with generic "solutions" that are just copy and paste responses. They must get paid by the number of times they post a comment.
You are wrong, no effective troubleshooting steps have been shared in this thread.
I have contacted Intuit via the help menu and was told that it's not an Intuit/Quickbooks problem, and if you actually read through the thread you would have read that others have had the exact same experience.
There is NOTHING wrong with my setup. It's a software conflict, period. Quickbooks is the only common software causing the problems. The problem is Quickbooks.
PLEASE stop telling us to do the same thing over and over. We keep explaining that the "solutions" you are providing are not working. The help desk keeps shifting blame to something else, yet does not know and can not tell us what that something else is or how to fix it.
It's ridiculous you would FORCE us to switch to your "new" software and not have it functional.
