Thanks for joining this thread. I can see how beneficial it is to be able to update the cost of all items based on a duplicate part number from an Excel file. Rest assured that I'll relay this message to our team in concern here on my end and add your vote for this one.

You can also share your thoughts and ideas through your account. Our product development team reviews all the feedback we receive to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our customers. 

1. Go to the Help menu.
2. Choose Send Feedback Online and select Product Suggestion.
   
3. Click the Product Area drop-down menu and select a category.
4. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
5. Select Send Feedback.

In the meantime, I suggest visiting our App Center to find an application that can help you with this.

Here's how:
 

1. Go to https://desktop.apps.com/home.
2. From the QuickBooks Compatibility section, choose the QuickBooks Desktop version you're using.
3. Type in the clue word of the specific app you're looking for in the Search field and click the magnifying glass to search.
