Hello! We run a Tree Care business (Arborists) and our sales workflow is as follows:
- Visit a customer's home and discuss their trees, agree on their goals, verbally discuss proposal
- Use QuickBooks to generate an estimate that outlines the work we propose and the estimated cost.
- Email estimate to customer.
- Upon verbal or written acceptance of the estimate we will go into QuickBooks and mark the Estimate "Accepted".
We would like to find a way to sort our Accepted Estimates based on the date they were accepted so we can address our schedule in the order in which the Estimates were accepted.
Is there a way to do this? I was able to go to "Sales Transactions" and filter by "Estimates" with a Status of "Accepted", but most of the Estimates do not have the Accepted Date populated.
What do we need to do differently to make this work?
