This issue is happening to us as well. Windows 10/11 machines, all up to date. No infrastructure changes, managed by a professional IT org (us, in house).
QB will crash, or sometimes will not crash, but it WILL cause Chrome, Office suite (O365), and other apps to crash. Did complete wipe and load of Windows and QB, no change.
NTDLL is the crashing module on all of the fault buckets, it's a heap corruption. QB has some kind of memory problem that they need to fix. We can offer any kind of logs or event logs you want, but I'm not going to sit on the phone with someone for 6 hours trying to clear my cookies or turn off my firewall.
