Thanks for giving that a try and following up, Connorka. I want to make sure you're able to use the tab key and other functions in QuickBooks Online without a hitch.
As mentioned above, my recommendation would also be to clear the browser cache and cookies but since that didn't do the trick I suggest calling in to speak with a member of the QuickBooks Online Support Team. Agents have the necessary tools to take a more in depth look at your account. They will also be able to get this issue escalated further if need be. Here's how to get in touch with the team:
1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.
4. From here you can select to receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you, or begin a live chat session with an agent.
