Beforehand, let’s ensure we always have our QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release to keep your software up-to-date. This way, we can prevent unusual behavior to occur. This tool fixes common errors in your QBDT
Then, I recommend running the QuickBooks Tool Hub. I’ll guide you on how:
- Close your QuickBooks.
- Download our QuickBooks Tool Hub
- Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
- Follow the on-screen steps to install.
- When the install finishes, open the tool hub on your Windows desktop.
- Select Program Problems.
- Click Quick Fix my Program.
- Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.
