In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), the number of licenses depends on the version. In your situation, since you're using QBDT Premier, it allows up to 5 users to work on a company file simultaneously.
However, as Fiat Lux - ASIA says, QBDT 2013 is already outdated. You can still use your account without the add-on services. But, you'll no longer receive any critical updates starting June 01, 2022.
