If you have ran the Diagnostic Tool and you're still having issues, do you mind to answer a few questions for me? This way, I can narrow down where the issue comes from and let you know how we can get it resolved.
- Are you noticing the lagging in a particular part of QuickBooks? For example, if you go to a certain list or transaction, does it lag more there or when signing into the company file.
- Have you gotten any error messages during the lag?
- Does QuickBooks lag more when opening the program or signing into your company file?
Any additional details that you can share would be great. That way, I can get a clear understanding of where your issue comes from.
