Thank you for your reply - I have had zero luck with support. I literally was kicked back and forth between payroll and desktop help as each would say it wasn't their department. No one can seem to figure this out. I literally ran payroll again today and IIF files still won't import. I was disconnect twice on the phone after being on hold for over 20 minutes and after a 43 minute call that they finally said they didn't know how to fix the issue. (a little frustrating to say the least) so am hoping to get the help I need here instead. So now I am going on a few weeks of this and it really needs to get fixed. Can you please help?
