Since you can't get into your product, you can reach out to our Customer Care Team by following the steps below. Please take note that our support hours for QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier, and Plus starts from M-F 6 AM to 6 PM. For the Enterprise version, we're available any time, any day.
- Go to this link: Contact Us.
- In the Which QuickBooks do you need help with? window, select QuickBooks Desktop.
- Click the Continue as a guest button from the Stop! Open QuickBooks to contact us window.
- Select the edition and click the Search for something else then type your concern in the box.
- Hit Search then, click the Start a message button in the Here's how to connect with a QuickBooks expert about section.
