Thank you for the useless response. You obviously DO NOT understand - or didn't read - the error.
I CANNOT OPEN QUICKBOOKS! How can I request support from WITHIN QB if I can't open QB?!?!?
After reading all the other frustrated users and talking with QB support, it is obvious to me that:
- Intuit has zero desire to fix this issue.
- Intuit's developers come off as incompetent (by including a dependency of their flagship application on a deprecated browser that is being fully retired - and unsupported - in less than 30 days)
- Intuit's management has made the strategic decision to get as many people OFF of the desktop product and migrated to the ONLINE version because it equates to more revenue.
- Intuit's management has lost site of the fact that their user base are real small-business owners who can't afford to miss opportunities to send invoices or collect money for their hard-earned work.
- Intuit's management needs their heads examined; their priorities are wrong.
