We’re aware that some customers that are using the iPad are having issues with the user interface. Our engineers are diligently working towards finding a permanent resolution.
While we are unable to tell when this issue will be resolved, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can add you to the list of affected users, and you'll receive an email notification once an update is available.
