Let's try exporting the hours using a private window. This helps us determine if this is a browser-related issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N 
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

 

If it works, let's clear the browser's cache. This removes its stored cache to ensure the program performs efficiently. You can also connect the account using other supported browsers.

 

In case the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They're equipped with tools to check the cause. It'll also allow them to submit a ticket to our engineering team to alert them about the issue if necessary.

 

Additionally, you can edit or delete a timesheet using the approvals report. To learn how, please follow the steps:

  1. Go to Approvals.
  2. At the right, under the hours, select view details.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To edit: Select the Edit icon, make the changes, and then Save.
    • To delete: Select the delete icon (Report-delete), choose Delete.
