I know that this hasn't been easy because you can't contact your old accountant, RAAZ. 

 

We can change the billing information by signing in as the primary admin. Since the primary one or contact is unavailable and if you are the one paying the QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription, we can request to transfer the role to you.

 

Even if they’re not around or can’t make the change on their own, we can send a request to our account protection team. Here's what to do:

  1. Gather your documents for the request.
  2. Sign in to your Intuit Account to see the request form.
  3. Complete the form, then send your request.
