Hi - I am having the same problem. I've always gone to single user mode, import iif file and never had a problem. But today it is not letting me import or review the errors. It is asking me what app to use to open but I thought it always was the QB launcher which it shows but it's not working. So I can't the errors, don't know why it's not importing all of a sudden. Any insight? I am hesitant to use the work around you suggested as another post said don't do it.
