However, I already had an log in for QB online accountant, and my issue is when client sends the invitation, why it does not show the sign-in option for me to accept the invitation by my account? It only shows the sign-up dashboard which I cannot sign up again? (Actually I already accepted some invitations before and it did show the options for me to sign in by my account, but this time it does not show).
Do you know what the reason is?
