Thanks for joining the Community space, @Capstone. I'll share some insights about the customer type and additional information not displayed on the Customer's page in QuickBooks.

 

We're taking note of your feedback and suggestion. At this time, the option to add customer types and show the additional information column is only available in the QuickBooks Online US version.

 

I understand that the option to have customer types, and additional information columns is beneficial to you and your business. For now, I'd suggest submitting feedback to our product engineers. They may look into this suggestion and consider adding the option in future updates. 

 

To send feedback, you can click the Gear icon and select Feedback. Then, enter your suggestion and click Submit Feedback
