I would love to help you, but I just need some details about your concern. I've noticed that the product tag you've attached to this post is QuickBooks Online. May I know if your client using the desktop app for QBO Simple Start?
If you're referring to the 2012 version of QuickBooks Desktop, please know that they are not compatible with Windows 11. The software will only run on Windows XP, Vista, 7, Windows Server 2003, and Small Business Server 2008.
