Thanks for reaching out to us today. I'll share some information on how to track inventory in different locations with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Transferring inventory items to any location is a feature that's only available in QuickBooks Desktop. QBO doesn't have this option at this time. However, you can use a third-party app to transfer the items from one location to a different one.

 

Follow the steps below to search for an app within your QBO account:

 

  1. From the left panel, click Apps.
  2. Go to the Find Apps tab.
  3. Use the search bar and enter the keyword to look for an app.
  4. Choose an app from the list.

 

You can use specific keywords to search if you want to see a lot of alternatives. Read the customer reviews to help you decide which app fits for your business type and needs.
