Let's perform a few troubleshooting steps to determine why your products and services are not showing and resolve it accordingly. One of the possible reasons causing this problem is the cache stored on your app and/or device.
Let's remove the temporary cache in and outside the program by following the steps below:
The QuickBooks mobile app:
- Go to the Hamburger icon.
- Select Settings.
- Click Refresh Data.
For Android devices:
- Go to Settings.
- Under App Manager, select your QuickBooks App.
- Click Clear Cache.
For IOS devices:
- Go to Settings.
- Under General. select Storage.
- Select your QuickBooks app.
- Click Offload App.
