Hello there, @DDP2.
Thanks for getting back to us. I can share the steps on how to remove registration no. from your estimate.
It looks like you've turned on the registration no. in your Custom Form Styles. To remove this from showing your estimate when you print the preview, you'll have to turn off this by editing the estimate template.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Custom form styles under Your Company.
- Choose a template.
- Press Edit below the Action column.
- Go to the Content tab, then click the pencil icon in the upper-right of the form.
- Uncheck the box beside the Business (CIPC) Reg. No.
- Click Done.
I've added some articles about adding rows or columns in invoices, customizing sales forms, and other related topics:
- Customise invoices, quotes, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online
- Create and send quotes in QuickBooks Online
- Email or print multiple invoices and sales forms
Feel free to post again or leave a comment below if you have any other questions. I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you. I'll be here to help. Have a good one!
