Thank you for choosing QuickBooks as your business partner, @Carel12345. I’ll walk you through the process of importing your data in QuickBooks Online.
Before importing your product and services list, ensure you’re using the correct format. You can download the sample file by selecting Import Data from the Settings. From there, enter your product and services items.

After that, we can then import your products and services list:
- Go to Settings and select Import Data.
- Select Products and Services and click the Browse button, then to choose the file and tap Open.
- If you opt to upload from Google Sheets, select Connect to sign into your Google account. Choose the file, and then Select.
- Click Next then map your information. The headings on your spreadsheet are defined by Your Field and choose which one corresponds to it from each drop-down ▼ menu.
- Select Next.
- If some cells are marked in red, this indicates they're invalid. Check them and try importing again.
- Tap Import.
QuickBooks is dependent on the entries that are transmitted from your file. To avoid it, let’s scan the list for a product or service with the same name. If you have duplicate ones, select Overwrite all values.
