I've got steps and info to ensure you can log in to your account, @koreamarket. I'll be here to help you figure out what you can do when you're locked out.

 

Once locked out, you’ll receive the following message: You have tried to sign in more than 5 times. No worries, you can still continue to sign-in by entering the CAPTCHA code below the message. This is a unique identifier used to prevent automated bots from accessing your account.

 

You’ll need to type the compressed or distorted characters and/or numbers. Then, on the sign in page, enter the proper user ID and password.

 
Otherwise, if you're having trouble remembering your user ID or password, you can reset your password or recover your user ID by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Online sign-in page and click I forgot my user ID or Password.
  2. Enter your phone number, email address or user ID to verify your account.
  3. Click Continue.

If you used your email address or user ID to verify your account, you'll get an email with a password reset link.

 

If the same thing happens, you can contact our QuickBooks Online support. I can see that you've already reached out to them. However, it would be best to have them guide you. Let's just make sure to check out our support hours so we can address your concerns on time.

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and click the Contact Us button.
  2. Enter your concern in the field, then hit Let's talk.
  3. Select either Start a chat or Get a call.
  4. Fill up all the information needed.
  5. Click Submit or Confirm my call.
