To experience the best performance when using QuickBooks, it's generally recommended to use Google Chrome. If you're experiencing this glitch while in Chrome, you can use an alternate browser or establish a private window and see if it resolves the problem. Try these keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
Clearing the cache can also fix web page issues like missing icons in the Dashboard, and help you start with a clean slate

Thanks for all the suggestions, but none of that helped. I called Support and was told that it was removed due to people incorrectly pressing it and phoning support for help!
I posted a note of Feedback - actually it was more like begging! - and this morning, to my delight, IT'S BACK!
