Our engineers are still investigating to identify the root cause of this issue, so they can apply a permanent resolution. For now, we don't have a specific time frame for when is this going to be resolved. Rest assured, this is being taken care of. In the meantime, you can use the WebConnect feature to upload transactions. For more information about this, take a look at this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Once bank transactions download, you can now start categorising or matching them to straighten out your books. After that, you have the option to do your regular bank reconciliation.
