Allow me to provide some information about the Customise feature for sales forms and other templates.
The Approved By and Date lines are built-in in the purchase order. That’s why the option to remove them is unavailable at this time.
As a workaround, you can use a third-party app to help you tailor the fields on the purchase order. Please know in the international version, there are selected countries where applications integrate with QBO.
