We have 15 employees, each with a different cost and rate (we charge customers). When exporting from tsheets (time entries Service Item is hours and Billable set to Yes), the time entries in QBO shows the correct cost, but the rate is 0. What should I do for it to be automatically set to correct rate?
One solution would be to create a service item for each employee with their cost and rate, but it seems that there should be a simpler way.
