When doing a price change on a product, I select update recurring templates but the product prices on my recurring templates do not change.

I originally didnt even have the update option but when i removed the inclusive of tax option it then appeared, it still doesnt work though.

Thanks for telling us what happened when you made an update on your products, Kerry.

I tried this in my own QBO account, and the sales price was automatically applied to the existing recurring template. Can you tell us if this is only affecting one product or template?

In the meantime, let's try some troubleshooting steps to make sure the price change is reflected in the template.

Start by adding Intuit as a trusted site. These steps prevent your browser from blocking the necessary scripts required for the price update.

Then, make sure to use a supported, up-to-date browser. Unsupported versions or non-standard browsers often fail to execute the complex scripting needed to update the recurring template.

After that, go back to the recurring template and check the product line item. If the price is still incorrect, you will need to manually override the amount or consider recreating the template entirely to ensure the new sales price is saved.

Feel free to reply or post more questions in the forum if you need anything else.

Howzit

Just to be clear, this does work on other products, its just this one product (possibly another I can't remember) that it is happening on. Normally the update recurring tick box just appears and works. BUT in this instance, this is one of the few products where i do a tax inclusive price. The option did not appear at all but when I removed the tax inclusive setting it started to appear but it still will not update my recurring templates.

Regarding your instructions, I have set the site to allow 3rd party cookes (trusted) as per the link. FYI the instructions say use *.intuit.com but that doesn't work, Chrome requires [*.]intuit.com but regardless, I set the option, close all open browser windows, reopened chrome, checked the setting was there and then tried again. It still didnt work.

Chrome version is: Version 142.0.7444.60 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Thanks for the help
