Hi,

 

I have Quick books 2013 Simple start (a South African QuickBooks desktop product), I have recently upgraded to a new laptop and reinstalled QuickBooks and restored my company backup. All is working I just need to register my product, and it is asking me for a validation code.

I have logged into CAMPs and it does not give me any information other than there seems to be no products linked to your account.

I have contacted support in the US who couldn't assist and told me to come to the forums.

There is no South African QuickBooks Desktop support, only Cloud support, which said I should contact a UK number to try and get a validation code. I have assisted a colleague with the exact same issue and contacting UK support was another dead end and they couldn't assist.

How do I go about getting a validation code for my QuickBooks SimpleStart 2013 product?
