Other Questions
I appreciate you dropping by the Community. Also, this is not the experience we want you to have while using the service.
Although we can not provide updates about the progress of your migration to QuickBooks Online, I will give some guidelines that could help you.
You can check your browser. You can open a private window. This way, it can help clear some browser-related concerns. Here's how to access incognito mode in some of the most commonly used web browsers:
- For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
- For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
- For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
However, if the issue persists after using incognito, I suggest you contact our support team. There will be an expert to help you further transfer from your QBDT to QBO. Here's how.
In your QBO:
- Click the (?) Help icon.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter a question in the search field and click Let's Talk.
- And choose Get a callback.
You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 8 AM - 6 PM SAST.
On the other, you may also consider using a third-party app.
I'll leave these articles you can browse in the future:
- Import from QuickBooks Desktop and other software to QuickBooks Online.
- Prepare your QuickBooks Desktop file for migration to QuickBooks Online.
- Get Started With QuickBooks Online.
For additional QuickBooks-related concerns, don't hesitate to post them here in the Community. We're always available and willing to lend a hand to your queries. Have a great day ahead.
