Let's export your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data to restore in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) account, @soldbymskerns.
You can export all your financial data, your all lists and their balances (customers, vendors, accounts, and so on), and all transactions (invoices, sales receipts, checks, deposits, and so on).
Let me show you how:
- Log in to your account.
- Highlight the URL and replace anything after /app/ with exportqbodatatoqbdt (http://qbo.intuit.com/app/exportqbodatatoqbdt). You’ll now be routed to the Export Overview Window.
- Choose what data you want to export. Either All financial data or All financial data without transactions. Then, click on Continue.
- Provide your name and email address where you’d like to receive an email when your file is ready to be downloaded from the QuickBooks Online Homepage.
- Select on Close.
