You may have 2 options:
1. Export all of your COA, Lists and Transactions to XLS/CSV and utilize a 3rd party tool to import them.

2. Purchase a 3rd party conversion service. Afaik, company doesn't offer the free conversion program any longer to QBO UK since last month.
