The steps provided above are intended for QuickBooks Desktop. Also, I've checked the records and found out that there's an open investigation about editing date on a manually added trip that does not save changes when the page is refreshed.
I recommend contacting our customer care support so they can review your account. This will help them to further investigate the error and help you fix it. Here's how:
- Select Assistant from the top bar.
- Enter talk to a human.
- Once an AI replies to you, enter once again talk to a human.
- After it replies, type I still need a human.
- Choose either Message an agent or Get a callback.
