Time costs added in the Projects section will not show up in your Dashboard as actual expenses. They will only be added if they're used in a sale (bill or bill payments for supplier) or expense type transaction (payroll for employees). Although, you can run the Time Activity report under the Project to see how much time are spent on a particular project.
