WAFFLE, WAFFLE BLAH BLAH...Been having slow quickbook days for months now...my download speed 835 and upload 123 so no problems there...I think you are over subscribed and your servers can handle the workload.
Just had a super slow morning and its now speeded up again...broadband speed test above done in the slow time :)
