I appreciate you coming back to this thread, Klous. The issue with the alignment is due to the need to select the Preview PDF button to see the actual format of the template design.

As suggested by my colleague, we recommend exploring other template options besides the Airy New to achieve a more cohesive layout, as the SubTotal section in the Airy New template appears in the left corner of the form.
To switch templates, please follow the steps provided earlier, and don't forget to click Done once you've selected your preferred format.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Phone support. Our team has the resources to look into any underlying problems causing the alignment to appear differently in your invoice template.
