I'm currently using Quickbooks Pro 2016 (desktop version, non-subscription based) and it seems I'll be somehow force to move to the online version at some point. The desktop version is still working but who knows which Windows-update will break it - there are already issues with it's built-in Internet Explorer usage but that is not really affecting what I need to do with it.
In a previous round of research on moving to the online version, I found a mention of some desktop software that can be installed that will be able to read Quickbooks desktop files for historical purposes. Unfortunately I did not download it at that time and now I cannot find the link. Does anyone know whether this exists and where I could download it?
