We'd like to make sure that you're able to access the QBDT data that you need. 

Using our online tool, you can access your past QuickBooks Desktop reports and download them as a CSV file to your computer for safe keeping. 

Our online guide contains a step-by-step of the process including a video demo. If you're experiencing issues loading any of the pages, please try opening the tool through a private browsing/incognito window.

So just so I get this correct.................
I cannot actually view QBDT ever again, I can only view a CSV download version?
Is this correct please?

You can use the trial version to access your historical data for good.

Hi Kev-20, you can use the tool to view your data online. This includes:

• Default reports (download these to your computer first to print reports)
• Existing customised and memorised reports (the online tool can’t create new reports)
• List information
• Addresses 
• Timer lists

To view the full data file, we would recommend migrating to QuickBooks Online or another software provider as access to QBDT is discontinued and no longer supported.

How do I do this?

I've uploaded my backup  several times via the Amazon Appstream, what on earth do I do after that?

I don't have QBDT on my computer, so I feel a bit let down here to say the least

You can use the trial version of QBD 2021 as mentioned by SIAB.

This is getting beyond a joke

I have QBO 

I had QBDT and a QBB backup. Upload it as per previous messages, then it downloads it back to me? 

I have no idea how to view my original QBDT which is all I've been asking for

I got the trial version from @Fiat Lux - ASIA and you should contact them directly. I can use it to access my historical data for good.
