Please know that the QBO's waiting time is 10 seconds and we constantly monitor our systems to ensure we are meeting this goal. However, it's essential to consider that since this program is web-based, it also relies on your computer or device’s processing power. The amount of available memory (RAM) and the bandwidth of your Internet connection to perform as intended.
To speed up its performance, ensure to consider the following below:
- Ensure you have the most recent version of Google Chrome by going to the Chrome menu, selecting Help, and then clicking on About Google Chrome.
- Check that your operating system is up to date and you meet or exceed the System Requirements for QuickBooks Online.
- Verify your internet speed (bandwidth) is not limiting your QuickBooks Online experience. Run a Google Speed Test to confirm your bandwidth/the speed of your connection.
