I was talking to the support team earlier and it turns out the Desktop app is no longer supported as it hasn't been updated in a while!

 

Apparently, not to be used, full of glitches.

 

Hilarious.

 

I told them to 

a. Not put it in the QBO onboarding emails, suggesting it especially helpful for Desktop users

b. Update the webpage that details the App

c. Take it out of the QBO menu!

 

(Just to be clear I clarified that they did not mean QB Desktop but the new-to-us Desktop Online App).
