Hello Quickbooks,
I'm still waiting for a resolution to this problem with printing my invoices, its been over 3 weeks now which I think is unacceptable for a product which I pay for every month and at the moment I can not produce invoices to customers which are to the correct layout. I've also noticed that when trying to print delivery notes, it just prints the same (wrong) invoice layout and includes monitory values on the delivery note. The last email I received from you claims that you have discovered the problem, but could you let me know when it will be fixed as I'm now suffering financially not being able to send invoices to customers
