Once again it would seem like QB Team replied without having read the thread properly/completely.
My second message 2 days ago was:
…However, there is no guidance in response to htwdell's query, just instructions on calling support. So there is no guidance for me to copy!
If this would be put in writing then it would be there for me and anyone else who requires the same guidance.
