Have you had a PROPER look at the complete opening message of this thread? In particular "staff receive 38 weeks pay stretched over 52 weeks…. This is so that they receive a regular monthly salary as opposed to being paid just for hours worked..."
Although I appreciate your trying to help, it will be of no use unless you have fully read & understood the problem in the first message of this thread, which we and many in the education/childcare sector are facing.
Looking forward to guidance that directly addresses the issue, I do understand that it may require someone at QB with more experience to solve this.
