I have a similar issue and has been on the phone for 2 days straight.

I have been phoning all numbers I could lay my hands on. FOR 2 DAYS NOW.
I run a homebased business and cannot send out my invoices, nor do I have a clue on outstanding invoices.
I rightfully paid for that License number, and I should get it somewhere.
Intuit Desktop in the UK do not answer their phones
That License number must be somewhere because I am not interested in the online Quickbooks. I want to carry on with the Desktop program.
No-one even seems to want to assist me.
I was not notified that this service has been retracted from SA. Why should I pay the price of loosing 20 years business. I have a backup and we tried to install it on another laptop that also has Quikbooks but it says the file that I want to recover is an old version and I should update it first.
Now how can I do that if I cannot get my license number to install it.
Can I speak to a high ranking manager PLEASE
