You may have 2 options:
1. To comply with MTD requirements, migrate to QB Online UK version or another accounting app.

2. Migrate to QB Desktop US version. You can still purchase a one time license of QB Desktop 2021 and a 3rd party conversion service to bring your data if required.
If you are using QB Desktop 2019 UK or older versions and doesn't need to comply with MTD requirements, you can purchase a one time license of QB Desktop 2019 UK version.
