I can share some steps on how to easily import your list in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
You can import your Customers list, Supplier, and Chart of Accounts from an Excel spreadsheet. Before we processed, I recommend backing up your file first for safety and ensure your software is updated to the latest release. Once you have your file ready, you can follow these easy steps.
- Go to the File menu,
- Select Utilities.
- Click Import and then Excel Files.
- If you get the Add/Edit Multiple List Entries window, click No.
- Follow the wizard in importing files to finish the process.
