My PayPal connection expired a short while ago, which is normal. I now can't reconnect it and get the error "Some of your information isn't correct. Please try again."

I know that my detail are correct - I just used the same details to sign in to PayPal itself and see my account. I've tried the MAc app, Safari and Chrome (including Incognito window), all with no result.
