I'm here to provide you some tricks on how to remove old notifications. This way, you can focus on the latest reminders and continue monitoring your business.

 

You have 3 options to remove the old error notification in your QuickBooks Online mobile app. Here are the following: 

 

  • Selecting the X icon
  • Clearing the app's data to refresh it 
  • Turning off Pop-ups and redirects or block Notification. 

 

To clear the data, please follow the steps below depending on what device you've used.  

 

For Android: 

 

  1. From More Options, then select the Settings tab. 
  2. Choose the Refresh Data menu.
  3. Hit Yes

 

For iOs: 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Click OK.

If the issue persists, let's proceed to the last option. Let me show you how: 

 

  1. Open the QBO app.
  2. Go to the page or site you don’t want to receive notifications from.
  3. Click the More icon, then Info.
  4. Select Site Settings and choose either Pop-ups and redirects 
  5. or Notification
  6. Switch Pop-ups and redirects off and click Block for notification.
